I've been involved with computers from a young age. Before I had computers, I did a lot of math. By kindergarten I could do the four basic operations with small numbers, which set me up for dealing with complex computer systems later on. By age eleven I was writing programs in QBasic for fun, mostly RPG-battle simulators and casino games, both of which involved lots of numbers. In high school, I picked up a TI-Basic, and wrote scores of cheat programs that I'm sure are still circulating the school. I picked up C++ in high school, and have been primarily using that ever since.

I've been playing DDR since May 2002. Before DDR, I played a lot of Mortal Kombat. Back in the day, why I had an NES and even the old Atari 2600. The Atari is still around the house, and the NES still works perfectly. Anyway, my first version was Konamix. I enjoyed it a lot, and found out they had two arcade machines in town. A few months later, I found Dance With Intensity and Stepmania. Early the next year, I was introduced to beatmania and IIDX, and around June 2003, I began playing IIDX at home.

It's very fun, but I want to help create some of those kind of games one day...
