Options > Graphics
Text runs off the edge of the box on Texture Res and VSync

Options > Input
Buttons can be reassigned so that certain input types are not recognized. i.e. assigning Enter and Escape to "BACK", and nothing to "START". Perhaps Configure Input should only allow players to assign additional buttons, but not reconfigure standard controls?

Gameplay > Unlock Screen
Banner is nowhere near target box
But you probably already knew that

Gameplay
Screenshot works, you should mention something along those lines in the info bar
...on second thought, maybe not? Screenshots don't save anywhere.

30-miss combo doesn't fail song,
Escape = instant Exit, ought to be "hold it down for a while"

Grading is correct, yay

Escape from gameplay in Fitness mode brings you back to main screen, not song wheel

Gameplay
hit start fast enough and the demo music doesn't play
As soon as song wheel pops up, pick the song, music doesn't have enough time to kick in.

Edit Mode
PLAY BURRENT BEAT TO END <--- classic
Step data doesn't show on right panel when picking an edit to edit/delete/rename
Perhaps a visual aide will help with identifying USB drives. "Device Found" or similar. The sounds make it sound like my card got pulled out and reinserted every time I return to the main menu.

Edit Glitch?
Player can make edits that begin at beat 1, which scroll past before the screen becomes visible. Perhaps players shouldn't be able to add notes until bar 2?

Import Edits
Supposedly something got imported, but I have no edits for Dawn or Utopia.
Oh it must be coming from the ITG2 import folder.
What about ITG1 edit folder?

Should not let you fill with Edit if there is none, when making a new edit
Filling DP Edit with SP chart ought to let you pick the side. (1P/2P)

Arcade Compatibility:
edits worked flawlessly... HOWEVER:
When I popped in my card, my name appeared as "NoName" until I got to the music wheel, when it became "Taren (backup)". On screenshots it's still Taren, though. Whaaat. I have no idea why that is, or what it changed. I'm not sure what exactly changed, but it probably shouldn't be messing with something.

Practice Mode
Switching from SP->DP moves difficulty up one if possible (i.e. not Expert)
DP->SP moves difficulty down one.
Probably because SP has Novice and DP doesn't.

Records > Song Records
Left/up arrow scrolls the stuff, right/down arrow only moves them down

Fun facts:
the PCK files are stupid easy to tamper with and extract data from. All of the files are in plain text format and could be easily copied into a text editor to make .sm files. Adding/Editing songs may not be too out of reach. The following took me all of maybe five minutes to accomplish:
